In soft waxed suede, Oslo 0529 has three-eye laces and an attractive bellows tongue, 100% rubber sole and 360º stitching around the toe making them durable and sturdy as well as comfortable to wear all day.

All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt.

Returns Policy:

This policy does not apply to purchases made over the counter at our rubyshoesday stores, 37 Market Street, Hebden Bridge.
We offer a full refund on goods returned for any reason, providing they are returned within 30 days of the delivery date, along with a valid receipt.
If you change your mind:
If you wish to cancel your order, please return the goods, in the original packaging, including all protective packaging, extra laces, accessories etc within 30 days of the delivery date, enclosing the original receipt. On receipt of the goods, we will reimburse the purchase price onto the credit/debit card/paypal account used to pay for the goods within 30 days. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them.
If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please complete the returns form included with your parcel and return the shoes to us at the address below. Upon receipt of the original goods (with the original receipt, in the original packaging, and unworn) we will post the new size/colour to you.

You may also return goods in person to the above address. If your goods are faulty:
If you find your goods to be faulty, please return them to the above address, enclosing a description of the fault on the returns form included with your parcel and the original receipt. If we agree that there is a fault, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of the goods or offer you an exchange.
